This website is run by NAJMA Organics, a herbal store at Pangani Chai Road, behind Leadway Petrol Station, Pangani, Nairobi, Kenya. In these Terms, "NAJMA Organics", "we", "us" and "our" mean the shop; "you" means anyone who browses the site, creates an account or places an order; and "Products" means anything we sell, including herbs, spices, oils, powders, supplements, body-care items and custom blends.

By using this website, creating an account or placing an order you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Shipping Policy and our Returns Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these Terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and using the site after a change means you accept it.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or place an order, and the details you give us (name, phone, email and delivery address) must be true and current. Orders can be placed as a guest or with an account. An account lets you track orders, save addresses and collect Leaves.

Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. If you think someone else has used it, change your password and tell us straight away on 0726 734 732 or at support@najmaorganics.com. We may suspend an account that is used for fraud, abuse or breaking these Terms.

We describe and photograph our Products as accurately as we can. Natural products vary: colour, size, aroma and packaging can differ slightly between batches, and photos are for guidance. Stock changes quickly, so an item can sell out between adding it to your cart and paying; if that happens we will tell you and refund anything you have paid for it.

The information on this site about what herbs and other products are traditionally used for is general information only. It is not medical advice, and it is not a promise that any product will prevent, treat or cure any condition. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under treatment, or taking medicine, speak to your doctor or pharmacist before using any herbal or supplement product. Stop using a product and seek advice if you have a reaction. Essential oils must never be swallowed or used undiluted.

A blend is a small gift sachet made from 2 to 4 herbs that you choose on our Build your blend page. Each blend costs KSh 25 per herb, never less than KSh 50 and never more than KSh 100; the price is always set by our server at checkout. A blend is an add-on, so it can only be ordered together with at least one other product. Blends are made to order, so they cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or wrong.

Prices are in Kenyan shillings (KSh) and the price you pay is the one shown at checkout, including any delivery fee, before you confirm. We accept M-Pesa (you receive a payment prompt on your phone) and, where offered at checkout, cash on delivery. An order is only confirmed once payment is received, or, for cash on delivery, once we have accepted the order.

If a price is shown wrongly because of a clear error, we may correct it. If this happens after you have ordered, we will contact you and you may keep the order at the right price or cancel it for a full refund.

Leaves. Account holders earn Leaves on eligible orders. One Leaf is worth KSh 1 off. Leaves can be used once your balance reaches 120, and they can cover up to 30% of an order. Leaves have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and we may remove Leaves earned through errors or abuse.

Free blend. One blend (the dearest in your cart, at most KSh 100) is free when it is one of your first three orders, when your order is above KSh 300, or when your delivered orders have added up to KSh 300 since you last used a free blend that way. The free blend is separate from Leaves and uses none. Cancelled, failed or returned orders do not count.

Promo codes are used once per order unless stated, follow the conditions shown with the code, and can be withdrawn or changed at any time.

Delivery areas, times and fees are in our Shipping Policy. Ownership and risk of the goods pass to you when they are delivered to the address you gave. Please give a correct address and a phone number that is switched on, because the rider will call you.

You can ask us to change or cancel an order until it has been packed, by phone or WhatsApp. After that, our Returns Policy applies: returns must be started within 14 days of delivery, items must be unopened, and perishable herbs cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or wrong. Refunds are made to the way you paid, normally within 5 to 7 business days after we receive the item. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have under Kenyan consumer-protection law.

The text, photographs, logo, product descriptions and design on this site belong to NAJMA Organics or the people who license them to us. You may view and print pages for your own personal use, but you may not copy, resell or republish our content without our written permission.

Do not use the site to place fraudulent or abusive orders, to collect other people's information, to attempt to break into the site or interfere with how it works, or to post anything unlawful in reviews or messages. We may refuse or cancel orders and block access where we believe these rules have been broken.

We take care to sell safe, genuine products and to deliver them as promised. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that were not a foreseeable result of our mistake, for delays outside our control (such as traffic, weather or network or M-Pesa outages), or for harm caused by using a product against its directions or against the advice of your doctor. Where we are responsible, our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya and any dispute is for the Kenyan courts. We would much rather fix a problem with you first: tell us on 0726 734 732 or at support@najmaorganics.com and we will reply as soon as we are open.
