About Prekese 1 piece
Prekese (also sold as Aidan fruit) is the dark, woody pod of the West African tree Tetrapleura tetraptera. In Ghana and Nigeria it is a kitchen favourite, prized for a sweet, smoky, almost cinnamon-like aroma that perfumes soups and stews.
