About Ginger
Ginger (Zingiber officinale) is the warming, pungent root of a tropical plant first cultivated in Asia and now a kitchen staple across Africa and the world. Dried ginger is stronger and spicier than fresh.
Ginger is a warming, peppery root used for centuries in cooking and traditional remedies. May be brewed as a tea or used in the kitchen. Gently dried and packed in small batches.
