About Cardamom (Green)
Green cardamom (Elettaria cardamomum) is the "queen of spices", a small pod grown in southern India, Guatemala and, increasingly, Tanzania. Its sweet, floral, citrusy-resinous aroma flavours chai, pilau, desserts and Arabic coffee.
