About Burdock root
Burdock (Arctium lappa) is a tall plant with burrs that inspired Velcro. The long root is eaten as a vegetable called gobo in Japan and has a sweet, earthy flavour.

Simmer 1–2 teaspoons in 250ml of water for 10–15 minutes to make a decoction. Strain and drink 1–2 times daily.
