About Berbere
Berbere is the fiery, fragrant spice mix at the heart of Ethiopian and Eritrean cooking. It combines red chilli with fenugreek, ginger, garlic, cardamom, coriander and other spices, and gives dishes like doro wat and misir wat their deep red colour.
